Gazpromneft-Aero JSC is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft PJSC, which carries out activities for refueling aircraft and selling aviation fuel. Every year, Gazpromneft-Aero performs more than 10 thousand tests of jet fuel. In order to effectively manage the data and information obtained as a result of the laboratory's activities, it was decided to implement a laboratory information management system that will allow analyzing a large amount of data in real time.

As part of the implementation of “LinteL LIМS” in Gazpromneft-Aero JSC, employees of the company LinteL automated 28 testing laboratories of fuel filling complexes in the largest airports in Russia. Using the laboratory information management system "LinteL LIMS" made it possible to automate the collection and analysis of laboratory research data in real time.

Built-in algorithms in LinteL LIMS track the results of the analysis of each batch of aviation fuel in the online mode for 13 indicators, compare them with the GOST standards and automatically form electronic quality certificates. Unified digital templates with built-in formulas are used when processing the results. The system notifies laboratory specialists in case of deviations from the standard characteristics. By integrating the program into the corporate system “Neftekontrol-Gazprom Neft”, continuous quality control of aviation fuel from the refinery to the wing of the aircraft is ensured.
